Patrik Adolfsson, also known as tórvald, is a Swedish electronic music artist and producer blending Darkwave, EBM, and Gothic Rock. Emerging from the 1980s synth scene as a member of Woltage, he later transitioned to a solo career, crafting atmospheric and emotional music that resonates deeply with fans. His sound encapsulates themes of love, loss, isolation, and resilience, drawing influences from artists like Depeche Mode, Sisters of Mercy, Joy Division and The Cure.
